Our programs offers themselves to all ages, abilities and orientations.  This is truly a opportunity for community and inclusiveness. Each participant is encouraged to work  and process at their own pace!  From  nursery school age on up  the benefits are abounding. 

The very process of open ended , experimental , hands on crafting provides a nurturing space for endless creativity, focus - or processing... We learn a lot about ourselves, and many times see ourselves in a different scope when we are allowed to  connect with the fibers themselves, the mechanics and the heritage aspects of our  ancestors - its in our DNA!

  Fiber arts offer a therapeutic setting for addressing physical, social, rehabilitative, and emotional needs. Whether in groups or individually, these crafts foster open dialogue and self-expression, with minimal visual cues for those who are sensitive. The process, with its ability to be undone and reused, symbolizes second chances and starting over, making it a powerful tool for healing and growth.
